Soccer Shots Forsyth & Cherokee Counties is looking for a passionate Youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! We are essentially looking for someone who can become a great coach for us, then turn into a Program Director within a few months!

The Job:

Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
Engage each child individually during class
Manage equipment and class roster
Attend team meetings and trainings
Provide post-session feedback
Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

Director Duties:

Lead and grow the program overall
Successfully hire a team of coaches and personnel in order to maintain a solid culture
Sell our program to preschools and create public programs via parks, community centers, etc.
Serve as the Program Manager. Handle customer and coaching issues as they arise
Be the face of Soccer Shots FC. As the company grows, you grow!

Compensation: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
